Stay in touch while riding the streets in style with the VCAN 136. This Full Face helmet comes fully equipped with Bluetooth 1.2 technology to ensure compatibility with your Bluetooth enabled cell phone. With up to four hours of continuous talk time and 100 hours of standby time, the V136 allows you to use your cell phone, listen to stereo music streaming from your MP3, phone, or XM radio, as well as listen to GPS directions clearly (Incoming cell calls automatically override other communications). Combine two or more V136 helmets, and enjoy communications from rider to passenger, and passenger to rider (intercom), or talk bike to bike (2-way communications within 30 feet). Other features include a noise cancelling mic, full duplex communications with DSP Filter, self adjusting volume, glove friendly and waterproof controls. Multifunction LED indicators let you know when your battery is low. When this occurs, simply use the 110v/220v charger included and you will receive a full charge in just 6 hours. Though the V136 is hot on technology, the primary focus is safety. This DOT Approved helmet is constructed of ultra light thermoplastic material and is aerodynamically shaped for ease of cutting through the air with less buffeting and wind noise, thus lessening the stress on the riders neck muscles after a long ride. The flow through ventilation system helps keep you comfortable, while the anti-scratch, quick release visor helps keep your perspective clear. The inner lining is fully removable and washable. This helmet has a lot of feeatures I was looking for. The bluetooth is very clear and integrates well with my GPS. It's easy to use, and my GPS linked pretty much automatically! I haven't had a chance to test ventilation and comfort factor in warm weather yet, but would definitely recommend it to anyone needing stereo headset, gps integration, cell integration or rider ro rider! I did have one small glitch - I apparently had gotten an opened one from amazon. After calling and a couple hours troubleshooting with VCAN (great company) we determined the battery was not present. I returned the helmet to Amazon and in less than a week had the replacement. I really like the helmet so far. (And I have about 10 at my house)

Although Amazon claims that you can "listen to stereo music streaming from your MP3", it only has one speaker.The helmet itself is light and quieter than my old helmet. The bluetooth works fine with my iPod and I could still hear music playing while on the highway, but only in my left ear. The helmet sizes run small. I'm used to wearing a large helmet, and the extra large Blinc is slightly snug. I would love this helmet completely if it did actually have stereo music as Amazon claims.

This helmet was basically everything I was looking for. It is basically a Hawk helmet (roughly $80) with integrated bluetooth. So for $100 you have access to media on your phone and can make and receive calls. The construction of it is very good for the price and the bluetooth is easy to set up and has decent volume. The graphics look great and the flat finish looks very nice. I ordered a size up from what I usually wear and was glad I did. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I can't get my GPS to come from my Blackberry Curve to my helmet. Overall a great buy!
