Great helmet, great features.

Had been considering an open faced helmet for my new bike then I found this Bell Revolver EVO. The color is true Hi-ViS Yellow and easy to spot at a great distance... an additional safety factor in my mind. Peripheral vision is good for this type of helmet and the flip down sun shade is a pleasure to use. Comes with clear windshield and lightly tinted sunshade (would have preferred a shade darker... and will change out later). Provides mandibular (jaw) protection and fit is perfect for my noggin. Well placed speaker pockets that are covered with a fine mesh curtain were important as I will be setting it up with a BT headset. Washable lining/padding, good ventilation and one handed operation of the jaw module completes the package. My son was awe-struck and is now hounding me for his own... Thanks Bell and Power Sports for a great product and dealer service.

Buy different helmet!

Cons:I've put 200 miles on this helmet and I regret to say I am very disappointed. The flow noise is unbearable above speeds of 50mph and it is very bad above 30mph. The flip-down sun-shield is not very dark and when riding toward the sun on a bright day, additional sunglasses are required. The modular portion of the helmet does not have a smooth transition and an unexpected amount of force is required to properly latch the flipped portion in both the up and down positions.Pros:Looks cool. Fits well. Very comfortable and light (relatively). Lots of airflow for those riding in warmer climates. The anti-fog coating works excellent.
