Right out of the box this helmet impressed me. The paint job is outstanding and the fit is comfy. I wear a Medium and the helmet felt like it was giving my head a gentle little hug. The charger port is located in the rear of the helmet and is covered with a flimsy piece of rubber that popped off and promptly vanished. Once charged it took me about 4 seconds to sync to my iPhone4.I ride a 2008 Harley Sportster 1200C:Through the neighborhood the speaker volume was extremely loud. I was able to jam to the tunes and even use some basic voice commands to shuffle and what not. Sound quality is good. Volume is controlled by turning the knob on the side of the helmet. Incoming calls are answered by pressing the power button. Up to speeds of 50 I could clearly hear who I was talking to, and they could clearly hear me. In fact, I had to tell them I was on a scoot.On the Roads: Up to 65 and I can hear the caller if I listen and they speak up. They could still hear me just fine, which is fine because I don't ride my scoot to talk to people. The music was at a respectable level and the quality is good. i was pleased that the speakers did not slap on the treble. I think some adjusting of speaker position will increase performance. Road noise was greatly reduced. I imagine on a quieter bike this helmet would be even better.I ride a 4inch riser and 12inch apes with no windshield. The helmet did great in the wind, even while checking blind spots. It has vents all over the place.It came with a clear visor, and it has a little rubber racing nose thingy inside. I've already ordered a dark shield.I wouldn't mind if TORC put an internal visor in this line.Here is my gripe, and it's about the seller: On the back of the helmet is a large red and gold "13". I found the picture through an internet search. Apparently the seller of this helmet could only find the time to upload this ONE picture of their product. Ultimately it was the graphic that tipped the scales and I HATE that I had to give them my money. I could see some people not wanting a red and gold 13 on the back of their helmet. Laziness.

I am a rather broad fellow with no hair. So my review for the xlarge helmet i bought is based on the fact that i have a rather 7 3/4 to size 8 head with no hair. The helmet is light and has a smell of glue when you buy it. I like the look of the helmet and recommend buying a "dark smoke" shield for sunny days. Bluetooth is great for using with any mapping devices while driving. I sensed the wiring for the speaker on the left sometimes fades out as if there is a speaker short and just recently, the strap loop underneath just broke.Pros nice look of helmet "dark smoke" shield gives flavor to helmet, bluetooth is nice.cons smell of glue in the beginning, strap underneath is not sturdy, not a loud speaker but still able to hear mapping directions well

just got the helment and it looks great, got the smoke visor and makes it look even better. blue tooth works great, everyone should have one. amazon did a great job with ording.
