Decent helmet, although the Bluetooth is poorly installed (wires coming out of the helmet everywhere) and the controls are completely unfriendly, especially if you have gloves on. Not impressed and seriously thinking of returning it for another helmet.

I didn't order this through Amazon but it was not what I expected. It came as two separate items and I had to install it myself. That was not a big deal but it is a really poor design. The BT module will not stay attached. It is supposed to slip in and clip. It does not clip. The one hole is simply too large and the unit just kept popping out. I used some very high bond double sided adhesive tape so we will see if that holds. If not, it's going back. Also, the ribbon cable that comes out of the BT unit seems flimsy and I suspect it is just a matter of time before that breaks. The helmet itself is fine but the BT is questionable at best.UPDATE: OK, I'm an idiot. I found the reason why the BT module would not stay in place. I was missing a small clip that was inside the foam packing. Once that clip was popped on the module stays in fine and has about 6 months of HEAVY use. Only give 4 stars as the BT module came with no instructions. I think it is really meant to be installed by the dealer. Otherwise, excellent helmet and bluetooth unit.

Pros: Easy setup, comfortable, sound quality is good for music, no connectivity issues.Cons: Other than audio controls, none of the controls work consistently with my android phone. The phone quality is acceptable for a brief conversation (Honey get milk, WHAT?, GET MILK!, OK) but talking, for me, just doesn't work, even at low speed.Overall, I wanted a device that allowed me to listen to music with easy access to media controls. This does that fine. Considering the cost, I feel I got more than my moneys worth. I would highly recommend it for a budget helmet with audio capability.
